How do brands prevent leakers and pump failures in export shipments?

Leakers concentrate in transit, where vibration, stacking compression, and air-pressure changes stress pump collars and thin-walled bottles. Run a distribution test — ISTA-style vibration, compression, and temperature-pressure cycling — on the finished pack before mass production, and add seal and torque checks during filling.
